So you want to invest in
Awesome! All we need from you is 5k USD.
We’re raising $100,000 through micro investments starting at 5k USD. We want to level the playing field this way.
Flame, Forest & Flood is a strategy game that’s incredibly accessible for all kinds of players.
We want our investment scheme to reflect that spirit.
And so far, it’s going really well:
None of that money goes into our pockets. Founders of Fairy Mount Games put in sweat equity and take no salary.
The entirety of funds we raise goes into financing what founders can’t do by themselves – mainly Art, Sound and Marketing.

but what's the game?
Flame, Forest & Flood, also known as FFF or Triple-F, is an extremely accessible,
multiplayer strategy game for three players about fighting wildfires.
The rules are so simple everyone can play and strategize within minutes.
But they are also deep enough to appeal to more seasoned players.
Yes, it’s a perfect game to play with the friends and family who might not be as into games as you are,
but you can also play competitively online. Think of it as the Mario Kart of strategy games.
The basic version of the game will be available to download for free, to quickly build up a great community of players.
Players will be able to unlock a full version of the game, with all game modes for a small one-time payment.
Additionally, cosmetics will be available for those wanting to further customize their experience.
There will be no pay-to-win, fomo-inducing or unethical monetization mechanics.
we don't make money until you do
Step 0:
you invest 5k
ETFs going down? Stock crashing? Crypto doing what crypto does?
Here’s a healthy alternative to be part of something genuinely fun and valuable instead of speculating.
Step 1:
break even
100% of the project’s earliest revenue goes into repaying your base investment.
We don’t see a single dollar until all the investors break even.
Step 2:
profit
Once everyone gets their money back, we commit 50% of the game’s revenue to pay you additional 50% of your investment.
Yes, it’s not a 9999% pie-in-the-sky ROI. We’re not a unicorn. But we’re real.
Step 3:
rev share
Once every investor gets their 150%, you get a 1% of the game’s revenue for every 5k you’ve initially invested.
For three years post the initial release
and for 1 year post launch on any new platform.

FAQ
also known as “what we think you want to ask, because nobody actually asked yet”
Q: What happens if you don't raise the 100k?
We already raised enough for the base game and are able to - if needed - bootstrap towards a slightly scaled down release to then reinvest early revenue to realize our full vision. Basically, we're making and publishing the game either way. But every 5k we raise gets us closer to making and publishing the game we envisioned.
Q: What happens if you raise more than 100k?
We won't. Once we reach the 100k, we will not accept further investments.
Q: Can I play the demo?
Yes, every interested investor will be able to play the demo of the game under NDA. We actually don't want you to invest before we meet, play the game together and make sure you believe in the project as much as we do.
Q: Why not Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform, and lately a game marketing tool. This is not a crowdfunding scheme, but a proper micro investment opportunity. We might do a Kickstarter in the future, but purely for marketing / community building purposes.
Q: Why don't you just get vc-funded?
So many reasons... But mainly, our goals just don't align with venture capital goals. We are interested in making games, they are interested in making money. We're here to make a great game, not to scale our company to project an abstract concept of net worth. Also, we would rather make money with real people, not large-scale market gamblers and unicorn hunters.
Q: Why not get a publisher?
We find that the expectations of most publishers nowadays aren't proportional to what they bring to the table. We are perfectly capable of self-publishing on PC and directly hiring a marketing team to promote the game.
Q: What platforms is the game releasing on?
We are planning to go PC-first, but the game has already been tested on mobile and on SteamDeck, so ports to handheld devices of all sorts are something we'll want to do as soon as we can. We have also printed a board game prototype and we are pleased to say that it works really well.
Q: Instead of rev share, can I get a stake in your company?
No, and you don't even want to. We are game makers, not company makers. You want to invest in something that we actually focus on, not the legal entity that - to us - is just means to an end.
I'm interested, what now?
that’s simple – you just get in touch using the form below and we get back to you
to set up a call where we’ll show you the game and go into details of this investment opportunity.
